We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

HOW TO RETURN

Email us at thecollectivejewelry513@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange unworn items for a different size or style. Reach out to us and we will make it happen.

FINAL SALE

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
